Religious Education Registration
Here are the directions and forms to register children for Religious Education (2010-2011) at St. Zepherin and St. Ann parishes (grades Kindergarten through Confirmation). The forms are in PDF format. We need your help. Please register your children as soon as possible so we can schedule teachers and classes. We can not accommodate registrations on the first day of classes.
1. Read this registration Letter from the staff.
2. Print and submit a separate Registration Form for each child you are registering.
3. Print and submit this Payment Form with your payment.
4. Make checks payable to: St. Zepherin Parish
5. Here is a Calendar with class dates.
Note: A copy of a baptismal record is required for new students not baptized at St. Zepherin or St. Ann.
