Family Religious Education, Assistant Catechist

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist primary catechist with lesson for children in K-5.

·

Help maintain discipline.

·

Do various helping tasks.

·

Perform this ministry on Sunday mornings for 1.25 hours once a month from September to March in the parish center for approximately 8-12 children grouped according to grade level.

Training

·

Attend orientation and mid-year meetings for religious education staff.
