Worship, Leader, Children's Liturgy of the Word

Duties and Responsibilities

·

Lead children in K-5 in their own Liturgy of the Word in the parish center at the time of Sunday morning Mass once a month.

·

Deliver a homily (usually in the format of a conversation) based on the readings of the day.

·

Lead the children in other prayers that are part of the Liturgy of the Word.

·

Organize the procession between parish center and church.

·

Set up the space in the parish center.

1 hour per month

Training

·

Attend occasional meetings with other leaders of Children's Liturgy of the Word.
