Lector, Religious Education (K-5), Youth Ministry leader (6-10),
Eucharistic Minister, Babysitting, service through Youth Ministry to
others, or other service to the church.
- A typewritten
letter of recommendation must be attached. The letter can be from
any adult who knows you well, and it does not need to come from a
parishioner.
- All responses must
be typewritten.
- Responses should
be detailed and specific.
